    we use hidden fields to track lead sources from ads and calculate ROI on each ad

    Forums put the burden of knowledge on the user to know what their problem is.

    They have tons of content indexed on Google from theirs forum that is closed for 3 years now I think

    Gravity Forms + Help Scout integration has been awesome for tagging support requests on the way in. Not sure if you guys have Help Scout add-ons.

    not to harp on help scout, but the combination of help docs, email support, and the ability to quickly organize and delegate emails in the dashboard is awesome

    @kevinwhoffman – We don’t use Helpscout because they don’t have a major feature we need: priority.
