I believe Se’s referring to the Foxy Portfolio theme by WPExplorer on Themeforest. A different theme than Foxy by Elegant Themes. Both are great for non-techies IMHO. Thanks for sharing your opinions. Informative and entertaining!
Wondering why you glossed over Genesis Framework so fast. Is it because it requires more programming knowledge to customize?
